Craft beers created with passion!
After having browsed our presentation, here is an overview of what we make. That will give you a more complete idea of our products.
I use the facilities of the Authentique Brasserie (in Blaton in Belgium) for my brewing, in collaboration with Frederick Baert, the master of the house. Incidentally I would like to thank Frederick for his welcome, his availability and his valuable advice.

La Bigote Puerh Tea
(available in 33 cl and 75 cl bottles).
This craft beer is a mixture born of the expertise of two devotees: When “L’Heure Bleue”, a Brussels tea shop, met “La Bigote”, the outcome was a unique beer. Developed from a subtle hop in order to leave space for the noble Puerh tea (from the province of Yunnan, China), La Bigote Puerh Tea represents an unexpected addition to Belgian beers. A surprise when you sample it, whether you’re a lover of tea or beer! It will quickly have you under its spell…
Its characteristics: 7 % alcohol, 25 IBU (bitterness scale) and 11 EBC (colour factor).

La Bigote Noble Village
(available in 33 cl, 75cl bottles or in a cask).
Are you searching for a blonde ale? One that’s slightly amber in colour, with a mix of rye and spelt barley? Look no further than La Bigote Noble Village. This rich triple-strength, pure-grain beer is developed from a ‘Season’ type of yeast. Although it has a high alcohol content, it will quench your thirst in no time.
La Bigote Noble Village has been fed on its creator’s memories of childhood: the power of the mustachioed village giant ‘Dotto’ has incrementally come into the beer. It creates a whirlwind of images: the Fête de la Main parade, family, scouts … All the ambiance of a town festival squeezed into a drink with a robust body.
Made with yarrow, as used by breweries before the discovery of hops, La Bigote Noble Village has beautiful qualities and an incredibly rich aroma.
Its characteristics: 8% alcohol, 45 IBU (bitterness scale) and 15 EBC (colour factor).

When La Bigote plays Saison des Poètes …
La Bigote Saison des Poètes
(available in 33 cl and in a cask).
Everything takes a light and thirst-quenching turn, like a poem by Verlaine. La Bigote ‘Saison Des Poètes’ is the reward that comes after all the effort, the positive touch that shines through the winter gloom.
Created and brewed for the Trail des Poètes, this beer remains an inspiration from the first sip to the last. It offers you an interlude of pure blonde barley in a chilled context, where the sun is not in the sky, but in your glass.
La Bigote Saison des Poètes overcomes Baudelairean yearnings with Alsatian hops: Aramis & Barbe Rouge, who, like their eponymous characters from The Three Musketeers and the Redbeard comics, have true personality.
A natural and sunny beer, La Bigote Saison des Poètes will overcome the difficulties of winter to bring warmth back to your palate.
Its characteristics: 4% alcohol, 25 IBU (bitterness scale) and 7 EBC (colour factor).
