Craft beers created with passion!

After having browsed our presentation, here is an overview of what we make. That will give you a more complete idea of our products.

I use the facilities of the Authentique Brasserie (in Blaton in Belgium) for my brewing, in collaboration with Frederick Baert, the master of the house. Incidentally I would like to thank Frederick for his welcome, his availability and his valuable advice.

Brewed from 3 Belgian malts and hops with hints of chocolate in the nose, an uncompromising attack on highly roasted notes, a great length and really marked bitterness. This is a beer which is low in alcohol with a really dry finish.

Its characteristics: 4.5 % alcohol, 40 IBU (bitterness scale) and 100 EBC (colour factor).

A touch of the unexpected…

A touch of the unexpected…

La Bigote Puerh Tea

(available in 33 cl and 75 cl bottles).

This craft beer is a mixture born of the expertise of two devotees: When “L’Heure Bleue”, a Brussels tea shop, met “La Bigote”, the outcome was a unique beer. Developed from a subtle hop in order to leave space for the noble Puerh tea (from the province of Yunnan, China), La Bigote Puerh Tea represents an unexpected addition to Belgian beers. A surprise when you sample it, whether you’re a lover of tea or beer! It will quickly have you under its spell…

Its characteristics: 7 % alcohol, 25 IBU (bitterness scale) and 11 EBC (colour factor).
